Ingredients: Olive oil, carrot water, carrot puree, sodium hydroxide, coconut oil, castor oil.
No goat milk in this recipe. This bar became our most popular bar early in the 2021 Market season. We sold out in the first month.
Baby Carrot takes a minimum of 12 months to cure.
We chose to keep this bar as simple as possible with the least amount of ingredients thus no goat milk. When struggling through allergies and skin sensitivities less is sometimes best.
Product will vary from images shown. Each bar has a unique design. Color and texture may vary. Bars can have air bubbles and other handmade markers.
It is not recommended to use soap on infants (children 12 months and younger). The ph of real soap is in the 9 to 11 range and will feel like fire in the eyes and will be drying in "sensitive" areas (not recommended for women to use any soap in that area). Although this is a very mild bar stripping the least amount of natural oils from your skin, it is still a real soap product not a synthetic detergent with a lower ph. Use appropriately.
Care and Instructions
All handmade soaps last longer when kept out of water and allowed to dry between uses. Try out soap saver bags to store your soap by hanging to dry. Our wooden soap dishes keep the soap raised for airflow.
Deep Well Farm products do not contain preservatives. Glycerin in soap draws moisture to it. In humid conditions (shower/bathroom) moisture may condense on the soap. Some soaps contain more glycerin than others.
